Tanya joined Redpoint's growth team in 2025, bringing sharp execution skills and voracious curiosity to helping founders scale their visions into enduring businesses. Prior to Redpoint, she was on the Technology Investment Banking team at Morgan Stanley, where she worked on high-profile transactions for category-defining technology companies including taking Figma and Reddit public.

Tanya holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a B.A. in Economics from Yale University. Outside of work, she enjoys watching reality TV, attempting to cook, and playing board games with friends and family.
