Renee brings deep expertise in infrastructure, AI, developer tools, and security investing. She joined Redpoint's early stage team in 2025. Prior to Redpoint, Renee spent 5.5 years at Amplify Partners, where she worked on investments in companies like Chainguard, Buf, Diagrid, VoidZero, as well as successful exits including Fermyon (acquired by Akamai) and Serenade (acquired by Figma).

Before transitioning to venture capital, Renee worked in product at Google (on Shoppable Images) and Waymo (on their LiDAR team). She started her career at Boston Consulting Group, and she did public health work in East Africa for the Clinton Health Access Initiative.

Outside of work, Renee enjoys spending time with her husband and two young daughters, listening to hip-hop music (the 90's were the golden era), drinking wine, traveling off the beaten path (40+ countries to date), and learning something from everyone she meets!
