I wanted to be a part of this team and culture. Everyone works extremely hard but doesn’t forget to have fun and be nice while doing it. We always work together to find the best course of action. From my time playing college tennis, I knew I wanted to work in a place where everyone puts the good of the team before themselves, and we definitely do that here.
We are so fortunate to work with founders that are often the undisputed experts in their field. I love being able to learn from people with such deep domain expertise. It inspires me to be a better version of myself.
I view my role as being always available to help with anything. If it’s 3:30 a.m. and there’s something urgent that comes up, I want to be their first call. I’m also a good sounding board to bounce ideas or problems around with.

I love CrossFit because it is easy to track. In life it is often very challenging to measure your progress. I find it satisfying to have at least one thing where I know for sure that I’m a little bit better today than I was yesterday.
