Lesley joined Redpoint Ventures as a Fund Accountant in July 2026. She previously spent time in public accounting as a Senior Tax Associate at Andersen Tax within the Alternative Investment Funds group and at BDO's Tax department.

She holds an MBA with a focus in Accounting, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, both from California State University, Fullerton.

In her free time, Lesley enjoys traveling, hiking outdoors, and keeping up with Formula 1.
