Kelsey joined Redpoint in 2026 to deepen and expand its Business Development and Strategic Network, engaging with senior executives and portfolio companies across GTM, partnerships, and beyond.

Prior to Redpoint, she spent nearly three years at True Search, specializing in placing VP and C-suite finance executives at high-growth tech companies.

She graduated from Colgate University, where she competed in cross country and track.

In her free time, Kelsey enjoys live music, exploring restaurants and bakeries, and skiing in Tahoe. She’s also a loyal Patriots fan and a Dunkin’ coffee devotee.
