Dana leads Redpoint’s internal technology strategy and operations, driving the firm’s data and AI initiatives. She joined Redpoint in 2025 and periodically partners with portfolio companies, connecting founders with peer CIOs and advising on product and business technology strategy.

Prior to Redpoint, Dana spent a decade leading business technology teams, including roles at Slack, Benchling, and Lookout. At Slack, she helped take the company public in 2019.

Dana serves on the board of Little Wonders, a parent-child center in San Mateo. Outside of work, Dana enjoys spending time with her husband and toddler son, powerlifting (two competitions down, and nearly a third while pregnant), collecting Japanese green tea, wine tasting, and cheering on Bay Area sports (go Niners!).
