How did your family shape your views on work?

I don’t remember my dad missing a day of work my entire childhood.  That really shaped how I viewed the importance of showing up daily and giving it your best.

How did you get your first job in venture?

A colleague from PwC was the Controller at  IVP and was looking for someone to cover her maternity leave. That was 26 years ago!
