Andie Paredes is a member of the Talent Network team at Redpoint, where she partners with founders to develop leadership hiring strategies and connects Redpoint's portfolio with top talent to accelerate their growth from the earliest stages.

Prior to joining Redpoint, Andie spent nearly four years as an executive recruiter at Daversa Partners, where she specialized in placing VP and C-suite executives at high-growth B2B and B2C startups throughout Silicon Valley.

Outside of work, Andie can be found at concerts around the Bay Area, on her ongoing (and admittedly unsuccessful) quest to find the best sushi in San Francisco, hiking local trails, or traveling wherever her passport will take her.
