Hadley Wilkins

Hadley leads marketing for Redpoint and manages branding, communications, content, community, and events for the firm. She works closely with Redpoint’s founders to support them through various stages of growth with advice, connections and tactical support.

Hadley brings hands-on experience helping tech disruptors use communications as a strategic advantage to build companies, create categories and start movements. She works with founders and CEOs to set up the right marketing communications infrastructure, translate technical products and services to a broader market, and create defining moments.

In her past life, she led large global teams and client service operations for some of the largest PR agencies in the world, doing award-winning communications work for high-growth startups and global FORTUNE 100 brands. She has launched a host of companies and products, managed numerous tech mergers and exits, led messaging and positioning projects, and worked on a variety of high profile crisis situations.

Hadley is a recovering art history major, pop culture addict, and aspiring writer. She graduated from Boston University (go Terriers!), has two very active kids and is an amateur barista in her spare time. If she wasn’t working at Redpoint she might be writing the screenplay about working at Redpoint.
