Hadley leads marketing for Redpoint overseeing branding, communications, community, events, and content for the firm. She works closely with Redpoint’s founders to support them through various stages of growth with strategic advice, connections and tactical support.
Hadley brings hands-on experience helping tech disruptors use strategic communications as a competitive advantage to build companies, create categories and start movements. She works with founders and CEOs to translate technical products and services to a broader market and create defining moments and enduring campaigns. In her past life she led large global teams and client service operations for some of the largest PR agencies in the world, doing award-winning work for high-growth start ups and FORTUNE 100 leaders. She has launched countless companies and products, run dozens of messaging and positioning workshops and worked on some of the most visible crisis communications and tech mergers and exits in the industry.
Hadley is a recovering art history major and pop culture addict. If she wasn’t at Redpoint she would become a professional spy, a downhill ski racer or a full time soccer mom.
